Becoming A Part Of Your Home Community

Copyright © Thomas Neville
Work at Home Computer Based Business

Building a  home business requires many parts coming together at the right time and marketing the business can make it popular among a wide range of audiences. Even internet-based companies need to be known and accepted in their home communities and business owners who play where they live generally have a better chance of success. Being involved in the community can help a community become involved in the business.

Regardless of the type of business you are in, becoming known in your home community can have many benefits. It can also become part of your marketing strategy, even if no one recognizes your involvement as a business growth strategy. Consider the uniforms worn by youth sports teams and ask how many of the companies that sponsor those teams do so out of the goodness of their heart. If that was the case, the name of the business would not be on the backs of all the uniforms and would not be read in every newspaper article that publishes the score of the local games.

When parents are attending one of junior's games and they are need of a plumber, who do you think they are going to call? Chances are the company whose name is on the back of the uniform will get the business. Of course, adult-themed businesses are not usually acceptable as sponsors for these activities, but the idea is the same no matter what type of business it is.

Targeting your name and message is equally important as no matter how many ads or how much money is spent, if it is only seen or heard by people who have no use for your services, it will be a wasted effort. Consultants often find that membership in local social or civic service organizations is a great place to recruit business. One rule of thumb though, unless specifically asked, never discuss your business during a social gathering.

This is often viewed as pandering to the masses or preaching to a captive audience. If someone asks a question, hand them a business card with an invitation to call or, better yet, ask when it would best to contact them so you can supply more detailed and more accurate information rather than discussing it at a community picnic. It takes a lot of time and effort to be part of a community and even some who have lived in the same town for years are not well-known outside their own backyard.

For awhile, at least, you need to forget about all the hype surrounding the internet marketing and advertising and make your home community the base for getting your name out in the public view. Even if only a few individuals may be able to use your services, others may know of someone who can. It is not only who you know that helps your marketing efforts, it is also who they know that helps grow your business. The important thing is to be known by someone, who knows someone, who knows someone and so on.

Thomas Neville

Are You Considered An Expert In Your Field?

Copyright © Thomas Neville
Work at Home Computer Based Business

No matter how much you know about any given subject or industry, you are not considered an expert in the field unless someone else says you are. They may know as much or more than you do, but if they have reason to believe that you are and expert, then others likely will also view you as an expert.

The question then becomes, how do you get others to view as the go-to expert on matters in your chosen field of expertise? Being recognized as an expert is hard work and attempting to convince people of your credentials will not make it happen. You have to show them your expertise. One way to make that happen is to become published on the subject. There is something about being named an author about a subject that can instantly make you an expert.

Many time you will see a presentation being given by someone you never heard of, and it is usually accompanied by the notice that they are the author of a book, an article an important-sounding paper, but rarely does it ever say where the item was published. That detail is not nearly as important than actually being published. Making copies of the article available also lends credence to the claim of being an expert.

With so many ezines published on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, use your background and knowledge about a subject and write a short informative article. Find an ezine publication focused in the same area and offer them the article free of charge. Unless it is true garbage, most ezines will not refuse free content and once they publish it, you are on the road to becoming an expert.

Offer your speaking services to local service organizations on subjects related to their membership. If you have spent years in management, you probably have good knowledge about many aspects of managing a business and speaking to other business owners about management ideas can boost your credibility. Now, not only are you a published author but you are also an experienced speaker.

From the free speeches to small groups you can advance to offering presentations to peer groups, further securing your status as an expert in the field and can get paid for your speaking and presentation abilities. In reality, the biggest difference between an expert in the field and another person working in the field is not about their advanced knowledge. It is more about how much they can charge for their services. Experts make more money.

Starting a consulting business, based on being an acknowledged expert can make all the difference in the world. Your subject matter and materials may be exactly the same. but with the new designation of expert in the biography, there are more people willing to spend money to hear you speak.

Your website can tout all the reasons and all the people and groups that consider you an expert in the field, without every using the word expert. Simply by having the background as a published author and public speaker is usually enough credibility to make your expert opinion worth pay to hear.

Can Such A Business Thrive At Home

Copyright © Thomas Neville
Work at Home Computer Based Business

Have you ever been on vacation and come across a business idea that you have never seen before? Maybe a twist to an old idea that you thought was unique or a new taste to the old hamburger that you find absolutely fantastic. Maybe a retailer with a unique niche product that you find is not only available but can be opened as a franchise. Before writing the check to get the business open back home, you are going to want to do some research to find out if the business can survive in your neighborhood.

It is not only whether there is enough population in your hometown to support the business, but are there enough of the right kind of customers to make the business grow into the success you envision? While you may be enamored with the concept, you will need to make sure others will embrace your enthusiasm before opening a new business. You can easily start be looking around in neighboring communities to see if such a business exists.

They do not have to be the same brand you are considering, but similar in the type of products or services they offer. It will probably not hurt to travel to a nearby location and talk to the owner of the franchise about business prospects. They may not be willing to divulge a lot of information to a stranger, but they give you a general idea about the success of the business. Also, if there are no cars in the lot during what you might consider what should be a busy time, what they tell you may be a moot point.

Look at competition to the concept and how other businesses are supplying the overall need that your proposed franchise may end up competing against. You should also understand the demographics in your area, and most information is available free through local chambers of commerce. By comparing the community make up with other similar sized communities, you can gain a good understanding of the potential for success your franchise idea may have.

While most companies, for reasons known only to them are reluctant to talk about profit expectations, talking with other franchise owners may reveal some of the realities of owning that particular franchise. Again, they may be reluctant to offer figures, but most will share their experiences about the business relationship with the flagship company. But researching the company as well as the business can save a lot of heartache in the long run, as well as your cash.

Buying into a franchise can be the beginning of a long lasting financial affair with your bank and if the business venture will not work in your town you can either find a town in which it has a better chance of survival or find another opportunity. But, the bottom line is that if you enter into a franchise agreement and the business does not produce as expected, you are the one holding the promissory note with the bank and if you put your house up as collateral, you family's future depends on the depth of your research.

Deciding On A Franchise Or A New Home Business Venture

Copyright © Thomas Neville
A Work at Home Computer Based Business

There is a lot to be said about starting and owning your own business concerning the personal satisfaction of being your own boss and nurturing an idea from its infancy and growing through maturity. There are also a lot of headaches and a potentially long learning curve before you are comfortable with the way the business is operating. Finding the right advertising message and marketing strategy that can position your business within the same industry to make it a leader is another obstacle that needs overcome before becoming successful.

Despite all of the advantages of business ownership, there are many who prefer simply to trade the sweat equity needed to start their own business, along with a usually nice piece of change and buy a franchise in an existing business. In most cases, all of the bugs have been worked out of the operational side of the business and the company's business plan has proven to provide a working model. Essentially, a new franchise owners is trained on how the business is supposed to be run, to make sure it meets the company's goals, and then run it.

While this can be a quick and easy way to operate a new business venture, it remains far from allowing the franchise owner to own their own business. They can take advantage of the existing brand recognition, advertising and marketing strategies that helped the main company grow into its current position. Make no mistake, most companies do franchise unless they are certain new owners can be trained to run them and everything is in place to insure they can turn a profit.

Buying a franchise does not a business owner make. What it does is give the buyer the right to claim the profits from the business. Owning a franchise does not allow the owner to change the offerings of the company nor does it allow them the right to alter the way the company does business. When a franchise is purchased, usually the new owner continues to pay for the right to use the business's name and brand recognition. In return, the main company allows the owner to keep the profits from their venture.

While owning a franchise is a quick and easy way to get into business, it is not necessarily the type of investment for an individual with an independent streak. Most purchase agreements allow for the main company to take control of the franchise if the owner violates any part of the franchise contract…without remuneration. Meaning if the owner introduces a new product to the menu, they can lose their rights to the franchise.

Regardless of the necessary investment, the decision is based on one thought. Do you want to buy the opportunity to run someone else's business, and probably make a decent wage out of it, or do you want to have total control over a business you own? For the individual with the true entrepreneurial spirit who wants to live or die on their own merits, a franchise may not be the best decision.

Can A Blog Really Help Your Business?

Copyright © Thomas Neville
A Work at Home Computer Based Business

Many business owners have never heard of a blog and think most internet networking sites are for the kids to talk about what they did in school yesterday. While social networking may have been originally developed to help younger people stay in touch, businesses have found that a web log, or blog, can help them, stay in contact with customers, suppliers and even the competition. There are literally millions of blogs available on the internet and they can be quick, easy and cheap to set up and start using.

The basic concept of a blog is an open forum for talk about a specified topic. It allows the blog owner to post a thought on the subject and leaves the door open for others to respond to their comments, effectively initiating and continuing a dialog on any number of topics. Businesses can also use keywords in their blog entries to make them easier to find in search engines and inviting others to visit and leave a comment. Heck, in addition to potential customers a business can even make some money from their blog.

Blog sites that provide the medium for free may not accept users placing advertising on their free site, but companies that charge for the technology's use generally allow the users to post anything legal on their blog pages. In addition to information about your own business, you can post advertisements from other sites and earn money from sales on other people's products. Advertising your blog is similar to advertising your website, but linking your site to the blog and vice-versa can draw traffic to both areas.

Blogs are sometimes known to be controversial and depending on the subject matter, can help or harm a business. Sometimes it is better if a business owner's true personal opinion are not expressed on a blog as it could harm the way people view the business. In most cases, blog entries should be positive and informative about the subject matter and be accepting to other's opinions on the subject. Who knows? The blog owner may actually learn something from someone else just from an entry placed on the blog.

Once you have decided to begin a blog for your business, you should decide on a theme and the standards for which the blog will become known. It should also be well established that posts that violate the standards will be removed and if an unacceptable entry is made, it needs to be removed as soon as it is discovered. While you do not want to stifle this sharing of ideas, you also do not want to become a forum for personal attacks and other non-essential conversation.

By working to keep your blog on track and focused in a positive light, more people will be acceptable to sharing their own thoughts. If they see a history of personal attacks against people providing information, they will not be willing to become part of the show. They need to know the business blog is run in a professional manner before they will join in the discussion.

Affiliate Your Web Site To Broaden Marketing Reach

Copyright © Thomas Neville
Work at Home Computer Based Business

One of the toughest parts of owning an online business is getting traffic to your site. Traffic is what drives sales and sales it what drives you to operate a business. Without traffic, you have no business. Consider your online business as a brick and mortar business located on the side of a major, busily traveled highway. There are literally thousands of businesses located along the road with fancy signs, flashing lights and in some cases people standing by the side of the road signaling their presence.

Looking at your business, located in a non-descript building with no widows and one unmarked door. It is painted a dull color and there is no sign to indicate the business is located inside this drab building and the parking lot be a little too small for anticipated business. There is no advertising in the newspaper, radio, television or the phonebook and as a consequence, there are probably no visitors roaming around inside the store.

Although the prices of whatever you are selling inside are significantly better that those offered by other sites, no one will ever know it because they do not know you exist. One of the favorite methods of inviting traffic to your store is the use of affiliate marketing. To understand the concept, consider advertising in print or broadcast media. You make up the ad and pay to have it published. You have very little to go on as to how effective the ad has been, but you paid for it just to get your name out. Think that you made one sale from an ad that cost a thousand dollars to post. A dismal return for sure.

Affiliate marketing is essentially connecting with other online business owners and having them put your ad on their site. You do not have to pay unless your ad produces revenue. Kind of like a pay for performance agreement. If the ad produces sales, you pay the site owner a percentage of the sale. If the ad does not produce any sales, you pay them nothing.

These other sites want to make money without having to warehouse merchandise or handle any of the shipping and payments. Their only work is putting your ad on their site and then promoting their site to get more visitors. The more sales they make for you, the more money they earn in commissions. The more advertising they do of their own site, the more visitors are sent your way to buy your products. This pay for production type of advertising, affiliate marketing is one of the fastest growing methods of earning money on the internet and allows even small businesses to establish a large marketing network with a bare bones budget.

Additionally, one of the algorithms search engines use is counting the number of quality links to your site from other sites. Every affiliate that posts your ad on their site is a link back to you and you do not have to trade links with them, making it more attractive to the search engines. This can also increase traffic direct to your site from search engine users.

Step #1: Make Financial Goals Part Of Your Business Vision

Step #1: Make Financial Goals Part Of Your Business Vision
Copyright © Thomas Neville
www.101WaysToIncome.com

Eight out of ten new businesses fail in two years or less. One of the top reasons is they do not accurately see the financial future of their business. Before you even begin to write your business plan, regardless of the type of business, you will need to have an accurate vision of what your personal financial needs will be once you start your own venture. You cannot base you needs on your current earnings, as there are other factors to calculate into the total such as health insurance, business licenses and other business-related costs.

While some of the costs of start-up will be one-time fees or will represent annual costs, other will be monthly and weekly costs. The first step is to determine what you and your family needs to meet your obligations including rent or mortgage payments, utilities, food and typical household expenses. If your spouse is the one handling the family's financial affairs you will need their input in determining your minimal monetary needs. Yes, you need to tell your wife you are starting a business!

Once you have your home budget, you can begin estimating business costs. Even though you are setting up an office in the home and plan to take a business use of the home tax deduction, you should still consider the portion of the rent and utilities that will be represented by your tax deduction as a business expense. For example, if your monthy mortgage payment is $1,000 and you can allow 10 percent of house expense as a deduction, then plan on $100 being spent on your place of business.

The same should be planned for utilities and other costs, including a telephone line. Even though you probably have a home phone, a separate line for the business is a good idea to prevent interruptions at home after hours as well as to keep children from answering the phone when a potential client calls. It just sends a more professional message when the business phone is answered in a business manner.

Conservative estimates can be a good starting point, but you will also need a contingency fund in the event of an unforeseen repair or a project that gets out of hand and costs more than anticipated. Once you have gong through the home and business expenses you will have a good idea of how much money you have to bring in through the business to maintain your family lifestyle and meet your business expenses.

Now it is time to seriously think about the projected income of the business. Remember it is not only the business expenses you need to cover. For example, if you anticipate personal expenses of $1,500 a month and business expenses of $500 a month, anything less that $2,000 a month is going to leave you with some unpaid bills. If the business you are planning to open is not capable of delivering that amount of income, you may have to rethink your prospects.

Even if the potential is there for a minimum of $2,000 per month, you will need to be realistic about how long the business will need to be operating before that level is achieved and determine if you have enough money to survive until it does grow to the necessary level. Every new business has a break-even number and that needs to be known. You also need to know your projected dream income to target. A mental goal of your business income is good for your mental and emotional success. Don't forget that number. So, if you are starting your own business your first step is to do your finanical budgets and projections. Financial goals are an important part of your business plan.

Goodbye to Google

It's Goodbye To Google
by special guest: Harvey Segal

--------------------------------------------------------------------
I Highly Recommend This by Harvey Segal....
Read the 24-page book which took the Internet by storm supertips ebook.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

You read that right.

I've told Google to push off.

Stop spidering me.

I no longer want my online business to depend on its ever
changing whims as to what makes a good or bad ranking.

I don't want to spend time collecting thousands of
backward links then find that they are probably worthless
because the anchor text does not contain a suitable
keyword, or the site does not have sufficient page rank,
or whatever the latest algorithm is.

I don't want to buy expensive cloaking tools and run the
risk of penalization.

I don't want to be bothered about whether a domain has a
static or dynamic IP address or have to use different
hosts to make a network of minisites.

What's that you say ? You don't need fancy tricks - just
provide good relevant content.

My answer ?

Nonsense.

I have a huge content site devoted solely to ClickBank,
the only one of its kind.

If you wanted to find the most relevant content for a
search on the keyword 'ClickBank' don't you think that
would be at the top ?

Well Google used to agree with you.

It was ranked number 2, with only ClickBank.com itself at
number one.

Today it is ranked ... wait for it ... number 426.

It is beaten out of sight by sites which have nothing to
do with ClickBank but happen to mention that keyword once.

I asked a search engine expert about this and he suggested
that it was due to keyword density, in other words too
many mentions of the word ClickBank.

Well that has to be the case - the site is after all a
'Complete Guide to ClickBank'

His advice - try replacing the word ClickBank occasionally
e.g. use 'CB'.

No way.

That was the last straw and became the inspiration for me
to develop a revolutionary approach to getting traffic.

It led to me being called 'The Guru who said goodbye to
Google' in the marketing forums.

And this new approach ?

It uses some of the fundamental pillars of Internet
marketing that you already know - techniques which will
never become obsolete.

But they are combined together in a new way and with a
viral twist that you won't have seen before.

It includes giving out free information in a certain way
and I show you how exactly in my book, The Ultimate
SuperTip.

And just to illustrate the principle: the book is free
and you can reproduce this article and change the URL to
point to your own rebranded version.

How To Maximize Your Work AT home Day

How To Maximize Your Work AT home Day
Copyright © Thomas Neville
www.101WaysToIncome.com

Many people find that working from home is something that they can do in order to make themselves even more successful. However, if you are working from home you probably know that it is easy to slack off or to sleep in, and it might be easy to not get as much done as you should, simply because you have the freedom to work whenever you want to work. While some find that working at home makes them more productive, some find that the opposite is true and that without the schedule that forces them to be at work, they are unable to get things done easily. There are a few things that you can do to make sure that you are able to be productive and still be able to have the freedom of working from home.

First of all, you should set a work schedule. Because you work from home, this can be any type of schedule that you need. You can work mornings or afternoons or even nights. However, you should be sure that you set a schedule and keep to it. This will mean that your clients will know when to reach you, your family will know when you are working and when you are not, and you will be able to fit everything into your schedule .The best part about working from home is that you are going to be able to decide when you want to work and when you do not want to work. Therefore, be sure that you set the schedule for times that you do want to work.

Next, even though you are working from home you should be going somewhere while you are work. Don't set up your laptop in front of your TV and think that you will get anything done while you are working from home. Set up a desk or even a tray table somewhere that can be your home office. Remember that you don’t' always need an actual office for your home office – you can simply use an area that is only for your work. If you have a place to go that is the place you only go when you are working, you'll find that you are able to get much more done.

If you are able to have set work hours and to actually go somewhere else for your work, you will find that you are much more productive. There are other things that you can do as well. Get dressed for work, even if you aren't going to work. Spend some time making sure that you feel like you are getting ready for work, so that while you are working you will feel as if you are doing more than just hanging out at home. If you are trying to run a household or take care of children as well, be sure that you schedule things in such a way so that your work time does not overlap with this time, either. You will be much more productive.

Turning Time into Freedom

Turning Time into Freedom
Copyright © Thomas Neville
www.101WaysToIncome.com

There is one commodity that nearly everyone runs out of and that is time. For some reason when someone opens a home business they believe that suddenly their days will have more hours in them than they did when they worked for someone else. Unfortunately, it doesn't take long for them to realize that there are not only the same number of hours in a day, but those hours may seem like they have fewer minutes in them.

Tie management is not a skill that can be taught, is a behavior that has to be learned. Many tools are available to help people manage their time, but they have to take the initial step in getting started before they can make better use of the time they have. Time management will also help them balance their work and home life, commonly referred to as creating a work-life balance and to start they need to realize how closely they are related.

Too many people have a calendar for their work and a separate calendar for their family life. With the two so closely connected, they only need one calendar. Instead of having to consult with two pieces of paper before determining if you can make a meeting or not, pulling out one calendar can make the decision an easy one. It does not matter what brand is considered the best or the most expensive. The only thing that matters is that you get a planner with a calendar and use it regularly.

Before you fill out the calendar you will need to make sure you have your priorities in order. Every day, new priorities will pop up based on emergencies and customer demands. One thing to consider is that when a customer emergency comes up and is direct conflict with a scheduled family event, you will have to decide on where your priorities are on that specific date and time. If you have a helper who can take care of the customer issue, without conflicting with their family calendar, that's a plus. If not, the customer may have to wait until you get done.

Setting daily priorities should always begin with a block of time being set aside as contingency time. That is time set aside to handle unexpected issues and can be as little as 15 minutes. If nothing happens, you have an extra 15 minutes unclaimed at the end of the day. If it does, you have time to handle it without throwing the schedule complete out of whack.

Possibly the best thing you can do to better manage your time is to establish a minimum of 10 minutes every morning to review what you have to do that day and reprioritize any items that did not get done from yesterday's list. This daily planning session can be the first thing you do when you get to your office or done with your first cup of coffee. The bottom line is you need to get into the habit to review your daily plans and then stick to the plan throughout the day.

What Your Boss Does Not Want You To See

What Your Boss Does Not Want You To See
Copyright © Thomas Neville
www.101WaysToIncome.com

You have probably, by now, seen all of the reasons that you would like to work from home, and you probably recognize some of them as the exact reasons you are thinking about doing so. However, getting started at a work from home job is always the hardest part because you have to worry so much about what you are going to be doing at this job. Can you find a work from home job? Or will you be doing what you are already doing? There are several steps that you can take to make sure that when you do find a work from home job you are able to do so easily and that the job is going to fit your needs exactly.

First of all, you should take inventory of your job right now. Do you like what you are doing, or do you hate it? Are you only working where you are because that is the way you have to make money, or is it something that you really enjoy but you would rather work from home? This is the first question that you have to ask yourself so that you will be able to work from home as easily as possible.

If you like what you are doing ,and you like your job, the first thing that you should do is sit down with your boss and see if there is any way that you can do your job at home. Some employers are really going to latch onto this because it has been proven that people who work from home are often much better able to do their work and to get it done sooner. Therefore, your boss might allow you to do what you are doing now from the comfort of your own home. You might still have to go to the office occasionally for meetings or to do other things, but if you talk to your boss you might find out that you are able to do what you are doing in a much more easy way. The other thing that you could do if your boss is not happy with you working form home is to look for another employer that will employ you to do what you are doing now, except will allow you to do it from home. This is something that is also possible for you because it will end up being very easy for you to find a job where you are working from home.

If you do not like your job now and can't do it at home anyway, you should start to look for work from home jobs. Remember that this is going to be a search that might take awhile, so don't quit what you are doing in the meantime. Start with something that you love to do and branch out from there. Be careful about work from home jobs, and be sure that you are able to explore the possibility before you sign up for anything. With a little bit of luck and hard work you'll find the perfect job for you.

How to Research and Evaluate Potential Residual Income Programs

How to Research and Evaluate Potential Residual Income Programs

http://www.101WaysToIncome.com

Finding programs that offer the potential for residual income is easy to do. A simple search with most any search engine will bring you literally millions of websites that will clamor for your attention. Yet when it comes to finding just the right program for you, individually, suddenly the ease of finding what you are looking for is somewhat curtailed. Yet do not despair, how to research and evaluate potential residual income programs is a questions that can be answered in detail!

First and foremost, take an inventory of your interests and then seek for programs that seem to be the closest matches. Remember that the more interest you have in a program the more likely you are to dedicate time and effort to make it work and thus the more likely you will be to make money with residual income.

Next, find a product that will provide you with the revenue stream you can live with. Some will have a steady income potential, while others are seasonal and thus will have spikes when income will be markedly high only to taper off for months at a time. Riding out the lows and profiting off the highs is vital to making money with these programs, if you are able to ride out the lows. Those unable to find a steady income stream that matches their expectations may wish to consider signing up for more than one opportunity, thus generating a number of income streams.

A vital step surprisingly overlooked by the majority of those in search for the most promising residual income programs is the market research. You do not need to commission fancy studies, but instead conduct your own market research for any given product you are thinking of making the main staple of your online endeavor to see if the market is already heavily saturated with others selling the same or a similar product of this kind. If this is the case, you will be wise to move on to something else instead.

As you research residual income potential, you will find that services – rather than products – have one of the highest potential for generating residuals. Whether you are selling insurance products or financial services, the fact that consumers who purchase such services usually develop a severe case of company loyalty works decidedly in your favor and you can count on much repeat business in the future.

Shifting gears, you may consider the product side of the equation by taking a close look at wholesaling. This is a highly competitive field, which in some cases might be a risk, but also one where you have the chance of making a lot of money if you are closely tied in to the consumer trends of the current market conditions and ensure that you have the wares to sell to retailers ahead of the trends.

It is evident that residual income opportunities abound online, and for those inclined to do so, these types of business opportunities will at times also translate well into an offline kind of business!

How To Write A Keyword Article

How To Write A Keyword Article

There is a lot of talk these days about using keyword articles to attract visitors to a website and with the growing use of article marketing, there seems to be some benefit to using this method in a company's marketing plan. There is also some confusion about the use of keywords as well as what they are and what they mean to a website owner.

First of all, keywords are those entered into a search engine by an internet user who is looking for specific information. They may not know exactly what they are looking for but, they know what they want. For example, if a person is looking for home improvement tips about replacing ceramic floor tile, they have the option of entering many different search terms, which really is what keywords are all about.

They may enter the term 'replace ceramic floor' or simply enter 'ceramic floor' and start looking at the search results pages for the information they can use. Terms such as 'replacement floors' or 'replacement ceramics' may also be used and business owners will have no idea what terms the user will look for and when beginning their search most users rarely find what they want on the first few tries. Unless, there is an article somewhere that uses that exact phrase.

Typically, an article will contain a specific search term between four and 12 times, depending on the length of the article and the search time needs to be placed in the article so that the writing remains grammatically correct and the phrase is a natural order as though it belongs there and not used simply to use it. Unfortunately, some websites will use what is termed keyword stuffing, which uses the phrase 30 or 40 times in a four or 500 word article, which is a turn off for the search engines and really offers nothing useful to the web searcher.

Articles need to offer some value to the person conducting the search. If the company that sells replacement ceramic tile can produce a series of articles on the best way to remove the old tile, remove the old glue or cement from the surface, how to prepare the surface for new tile and other areas about the subject, they will provide valuable information that can draw visitors to their site where they may actually buy the tile.

These articles can be published on their own website on pages dedicated to helping potential customers learn how to replace the tile. They can also be published on homeowner remodeling sites as tips for others. One thing that articles cannot do is advise the readers to visit a specific site or a specific business. This is unacceptable to search engines as well as to other web ezine publishers.

All published articles can have an author's biography giving the author credit for the article as well as outline their competence in the subject matter. The block on these articles could talk about their experience level in ceramic tile replacement and the years they have been involved in the business as well as mention they operate a business at the website location, including a hot link.

How-To Develop A Successful Marketing Network Ezine

How-To Develop A Successful Marketing Network Ezine

http://www.101WaysToIncome.com

An ezine has become on the most effective marketing tools on the internet today. The ezine is also referred to as an email magazine or electronic newsletter that’s only available through email and/or a website. There are hundreds of thousands of ezines on various subjects available on the internet that is free to the public. The development of a marketing network ezine is a perfect method to build an opt-in list of potential clients for a particular product and/or service. Ezines are also an exciting way to express creativity and enthusiasm for a marketing network product and/or service that’s being offered to the public. One of the primary reasons ezines are viewed with enthusiasm is that the subscriber base are opt-in members. In other words, the client that a marketing networker sends the ezine to has asked to become a subscriber to the cyber-publication.

The following three suggestions will discuss the best methods in developing a successful marketing network ezine:

1) The first suggestion is to develop a focused ezine. Often when people write, they include too much information in the email or ezine. Additionally, do not try and address too many marketing network topics in the ezine. Spread topics out through proceeding issues of the ezine.
2) The second suggestion involves the development of an impressive statement in the marketing network ezine’s subject line. Often emails are not read because the email does not stand out in comparison with other emails in a potential client’s inbox.
3) The third suggestion for a successful marketing network ezine is to continually offer incentives (i.e. gifts, free reports, or tips) and change the ezine’s content for potential clients. Keep them wanting to read a specific marketing network ezine.

There are a variety of tutorials on the internet that will go through the actual steps of building a marketing network ezine. Basically, all you need to start your own ezine are an auto responder and broadcast feature to go with, enabling the marketing networker to reach out to massive subscribers. When people subscribed to a particular marketing network ezine, the interested party has an interest in its focus.

Another method for a successful marketing network ezine is accomplished through advertising. This aspect is what makes magazines popular through creative ads, magazine publishers gain profit. This is the same with a marketing network ezine. Of course, registering with the popular search engines will also help generate traffic for the marketing network ezine. In addition, advertising in paper magazines and newspapers, and other business related method will help create a successful marketing network ezine through direction to the ezine.

Always remember that maintaining a successful marketing network ezine is one the most important aspects for a marketing network business. An alternative for a successful marketing network ezine is to post short articles on marketing network topics. This alternative will provide the readers will valuable information their needs. Some may view ezines as a passing trend, but the same was said about the internet when it was first introduced. Ezines are the newest way to quickly and effectively provide information to the general public, and any person with the passion for a particular subject can run one.
